What Is Brokerz Homes? Brokerz Homes is a collection of 2,222 pixel-art homes living on Robinhood Chain — the Ethereum Layer-2 network built on Arbitrum technology and operated by Robinhood. Each home is a fully standard ERC-721 NFT that works in any wallet, on any marketplace, and on any explorer that supports the standard. But the collection is built around a mechanic that works differently from almost every NFT mint you have seen before. You never spend your tokens to mint. Most token-gated mints work one of two ways. Either you pay in ETH, or you burn a project's token to get an NFT. Both mean the same thing for you as a holder: money leaves, an NFT arrives, and the token you bought is gone.
