DerpNotes — Bank onDERP. A DerpNote locks an exact face of mined DERP — 10,000, 100,000, or 1,000,000 — inside a bearer NFT. The DERP sits escrowed in the contract; the note is the claim on it. Every note carries a vesting lock chosen at wrap (30, 90, or 180 days). Once it matures, whoever holds the note can break it: the contract sells the face to the Green Derp Merchant at the live floor price and pays the ETH straight to the bearer. The Merchant's price can only rise, so a note's redemption value never falls while it vests. Breaking never returns DERP — it pays ETH. Wrapping is free (gas only) at stonkpit.xyz/#/bank. Artwork and metadata are 100% on-chain. The 10% royalty on every sale feeds DerpBoys holders and The Merchant. I promise to pay the bearer on demand the sum of N DERP.
