Town Brokers is a collection of 5,555 procedurally generated 3D buildings on Robinhood Chain. Every building belongs to one of four districts, each connected to a tokenized stock: NVDA, AAPL, SPCX, or TSLA. Fees from $TOWN flow into a payroll contract. Every hour, the pot is split into four equal quarters, one for each district. Each quarter is then distributed across the floors standing in that district. The key rule: the pot splits four ways before it splits by floors. Every district receives the same quarter regardless of how many buildings stand there. Fewer floors means more of that quarter per floor. Buildings can grow through Build, adding floors and increasing their share. Holders can also Rezone to move between districts, changing their connected stock with a seven day lock. The building is the position. Its district determines the stock, and its floors determine its weight.
