Every Smart Block is a chip pulled off an old phosphor display - 3,000 of them, five tiers, rendered in nothing but black and green. Hand-placed pixels, no shading engine, no external renderer. Held, a block is just a chip sitting idle - pure art, nothing owed to it. Run the activation command and it powers on: a one-time fee into the Reserve, priced off a floor oracle that medians four different sellers so one wallet can't move it. From there the block logs Signal for as long as it stays synced. Signal is a participation counter, not a payout - it has no price and isn't promised to ever get one, it just tracks who showed up. The Reserve pays out under a hard daily ceiling, so no single day can drain it. Full formulas, the tier table, and a plain list of what can go wrong are on the site. Not a security, not investment advice - a pixel collectible with a scoreboard bolted on.
