Each NFT is a schematic design / architectural concept. After purchase, the buyer must contact the seller from the wallet that owns the NFT. A small on‑chain transaction may be requested to verify ownership. Files are transferred only to the verified owner. This is not construction documentation. All dimensions, areas, descriptions, and heights are preliminary. If the owner decides to build, they must hire local engineers. Liability: The author and subsequent owners (except the one who decides to build) are not liable for modifications, defects, failures, or other damages. Liability for construction rests solely with the owner who decides to adapt and build. Upon resale, all rights and obligations transfer to the new NFT owner. Rights and obligations are specified for each NFT in the collection individually. Royalty (5%) remains with the creator and is not transferred. By purchasing the NFT, you agree to these terms.
